Baked Pork Chops

My daughter and son-in-law came up with a new recipe for baked pork chops. After tasting them last night I just had to share! My daughter keeps Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing mix on hand and uses it in a lot of her dishes. This one certainly is a winner!

Heather's Baked Pork Chops

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Rinse pork chops- they use boneless, but it doesn't matter which you use.
  3. Sprinkle dry Ranch Dressing seasoning on top and bottom of each pork chop. No other seasoning or meat tenderizer is needed.
  4. Spray oil in baking dish. Place pork chops in baking dish.
  5. Bake pork chops 30 minutes in the preheated oven, turning once.    Cover if pork chops seem to be drying out.
